Hydromol Bath & Shower Emollient moisturises and softens dry skin and eczema.* It’s suitable for all ages and leaves a fine layer of emollient on the skin to reduce TEWL (transepidermal water loss) and helping to restore the skins natural barrier function.
It replaces soap, shower gel and bubble baths.
It disperses fully in bath water. After bathing, less oil is left on the bath surface and more goes down the plughole than other widely used bath emollients.
It can be used with any condition in which dry skin is a feature – e.g. eczema and ichthyosis.
Bath emollients should not replace your standard treatment for dry skin. This product should be used in combination with other topical leave on emollients, as required or advised by a healthcare professional.

Product Details
Light liquid paraffin, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, iso-octyl stearate, isopropyl myristate, ethoxylated alcohol (C12-C14).

For external use only. Only apply to the skin. Hydromol Bath & Shower Emollient is particularly suitable for infants. Hydromol Bath & Shower Emollient should always be either added to water or applied to wet
skin.
For use in the bath-Adults/children and the elderly add 1-3 inner capfuls to a 20cm (8 inch) bath of water. Soak for 10-15 minutes. Infants Add ½-2 inner capfuls to a small bath of water.
For use in the shower pour a small quantity to a wet sponge or flannel and rub onto wet skin. Rinse and pat dry. If you have been prescribed Hydromol Bath & Shower Emollient by a doctor or nurse follow their instructions on use.
May be used as often as required. Can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Do not smoke or go near naked flames – risk of severe burns. Fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc)
that has been in contact with this product burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally remove it.
Do not use Hydromol Bath & Shower Emollient if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of Hydromol Bath & Shower Emollient, if condition worsens or you experience undesirable effects then discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Take care to avoid slipping in the bath or shower.
Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of accidental contact rinse well with water.
