NMF is made up of components, such as urea and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate (Sodium PCA), that keep the outer layer of the skin protected and well-hydrated. In dry skin affected by eczema, there are lower levels of Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF) which means the skin is more prone to cracks which lets in irritants and aggravates the skin.
Hydromol cream is light and gentle to the touch and seals moisture in, helping to smooth and soften the surface of the skin, and sooth and calm itching. Its unique formulation contains the humectant Sodium PCA, that is a component of NMF, to help restore the skins natural hydrating properties by replacing lost elements of NMF.

Product Details
Liquid paraffin, isopropyl myristate, cetomacrogol emulsifying wax, myristyl myristate, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, ceteareth-20, Methyl Paraben, Ethyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, 2-Phenoxyethanol, sodium lactate solution and purified water.

Hydromol Cream is for external use only and should only be applied to the skin.
Adults, elderly and children: apply liberally and frequently to the affected area and smooth into the skin in
the direction of hair growth. Hydromol Cream may be used 2-4 times a day or as often as required. It is
especially beneficial when used immediately after washing or bathing as water is still trapped in the skin
for extra hydration and as the warmth of the skin may increase absorption.
Do not smoke or go near naked flames – risk of severe burns. Fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc) that has been in contact with this product burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally remove it.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you use Hydromol Cream if your skin is badly cracked, infected or bleeding.
Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in Hydromol Cream. Some
ingredients may cause skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis). If your condition worsens or you experience any undesirable effects, stop using Hydromol Cream and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
If you are using medicines which are also to be applied to the skin you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Hydromol Cream as it might not be suitable to apply other topical preparations
at the same time.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. If accidental ingestion occurs, adverse effects are unlikely to occur.
